Katelyn Sullivan has been helping people buy and sell homes since 2015. She knows Adams Village, Clam Point, Lower Mills, Neponset, Somerville and the South Shore, and she works with first-time buyers, multifamily investors, new construction buyers, downsizers, relocation clients and luxury buyers.

Before real estate, Katelyn worked as an actor and with autistic children. Both taught her to listen first, and it's why clients feel heard.

She does this work because she believes real estate is the great equalizer. Where you came from doesn't matter. If you save for it and set out to do it, you can own and invest, and she loves being part of that, whether it's a first home, an upsize or an investment property.

Her advice to every buyer and seller: home inspections will scare you, so expect it. We'll work through it together.

Katelyn lives in Pembroke and grew up in Hanover, on the South Shore. She and her husband Adam, a design builder, have a full house. Outside of work you'll find her watching movies, spending time with family or working on a house project.
