How it works

You host your own listing, and we bring the agents to you.

  3. We send the flyerYou get the tour flyer with every stop, agent, and brokerage to share.
  4. Host your stopBe at the property for your stop and walk agents through it.

Ground rules

  1. The listing agent or a designee hosts the property during its stop.
  2. The property must be in that tour's neighborhood: East Boston, Roxbury, or South Boston.
  3. Include clear access and parking details.

When are the tours?

Every month, from 10 AM to 12 PM: East Boston on the 1st Thursday, Roxbury on the 2nd Thursday, and South Boston on the 3rd Thursday.

Who can come on the tour?

Any licensed real estate agent. The tour is for agents only, so please don't bring buyers along.

Do I have to be with Dot Collection to submit?

No. Agents from any brokerage can put a property on tour.

Can I submit a coming-soon listing?

Yes. The tour is a great way to get agents through before a listing hits the market.

Do I need to be at the property?

Yes, you or someone from your team needs to host during your stop so agents can ask questions.

How will I know when my stop is?

Once the route is set, we send every host the tour flyer with the full list of stops. Your neighborhood lead can help with anything else.
